By nature, frozen yogurt is lower in calories and fat than traditional frozen desserts. But the real beauty of our self-serve model is portion control. Looking for a light snack? Try a fruity flavor and go easy on the toppings bar. Hoping to enter a delicious froyo-induced coma? Load up and dig in. Even if you do go a little overboard, our froyo is prepared using fat free milk (lactose free excluded) and contains 45 calories or less per ounce. If you’re weighing-in later today, we suggest trading brownie bites for fresh fruit, but there are plenty of ways to mix up a low-guilt indulgence.

All flavors have been tested for gluten with a 10 parts per million threshold, which is below the requirement of 20 parts per million as defined by the FDA(http://www.fda.gov). Every Orange Leaf store offers a selection of at least 30 toppings, ranging from kid-friendly gummy bears to tree-hugging granola. All fruit toppings are prepared fresh daily and rotate seasonally. Check with your local store for current offerings.
Our froyo is prepared fresh daily in kitchens that may store peanuts and tree nuts, which means trace amounts could be found even if they aren’t included in the ingredients list. Also, see the general information at the top of this section.
Flavors vary store-by-store and day-by-day to make room for everybody’s favorites, so if yours isn’t there today, don’t worry – it’ll come back! And remember, you can always make a special request to the manager at your local store.
